By Walter D Ellis and Jeff Ellis

“Melodrama”

Unknown to the locals, there is a gold deposit in the town and it is owned by the father of a beautiful damsel. When our villain learns of this, he sets his sights on the gold – -and the girl! Of course, the Hero ultimately saves the day. Act II finds the locals have opened a mine to reap the rewards of their good fortune. They soon learn, however, that this is not without more villainy, problems and frustrations.
